My iPhone 13 running ios 26.1 is continously showing yellow dot on right corner of the phone. I have verified that, in Privacy & Security -> Microphobe shows 0, means none of the apps are using microphone. Also, I have restared my phone, still I have the same issue. How to resolve this?
Open Control Center, and at the top, you'll see the icon for the camera or microphone and which app was using it most recently.
If Control Center displays “Unknown Device” next to the microphone or camera indicator, it may indicate that an accessory connected via Lightning, USB-C, or Bluetooth — such as an external microphone, webcam, or certain headsets — is requesting audio or video input, but iOS is unable to fully identify the device.

Bear in mind also that privacy & Security permissions are not required for Apple apps, only for third party apps.
