Iphone 17 Pro Max will not ring.

I have spent hours trying every fix mentioned in Google research about setting the phone to ring on iOs 26.1. Anyone else experiencing this with iOs 26.1?

Ringer volume, Focus, airplane mode off, Do Not Disturb, ring ON not silent.

Settings > Sounds & Haptics - you have a ring tone selected?
