I found this button on the apps menu in settings on my iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26.1. When I click it it does a small animation but doesn’t do anything. (I’m talking about the + button on top right corner) is it normal? Is it a feature Apple is working on? If it’s not normal and needs to be fixed how to fix it?

I don't have a clear answer to what this "+" button is. I just checked on my iPhones, one on iOS 18 = no + button, and one on iOS 26.1 = no + button. I've tried turning a few different features on and off but can't seem to trigger this button.
It could be a software glitch - have you tried restarting to see if it goes away?
Update: it suddenly disappeared now.
I think it reappears and disappears at random times.
I don’t know, it suddenly disappeared when I checked on it a few hours later after that happened, probably a bug
