I am seeing a charge for €34.99 from Apple showing up on my Revolut account
I do not see anything in my purchase history or any subscriptions that would explain this.
how can I find out where this charge is coming from?
There are scammers whose illegal activities will show up on bills with that description. If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges when you view your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.
If that is the case, Apple will have no record of what criminals do, and only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it. Our card issuer was able to positively identify the charges as bogus, forgive the debt, and issue my wife a new card number all with a little over 24 hours.

If it appears as "apple.com/bill" on your statement, and it does not show up in https://reportaproblem.apple.com then verify you aren't sharing a payment method with any one or are the family organizer for a Family Sharing group. If either one is true, you will need to verify the accounts of the people in the sharing group or whom you are the payment method with.
