How to enable USB Tethering on Mac Mini with Android 15 phone?

USB Tethering seems to be absent from network settings and internet recommends downloading drivers. I have a mac mini running Tahoe and a moto phone running android 15.

Can you help me out, please.

You can attempt to enable USB tethering between your Android 15 phone and your Mac Mini running macOS Tahoe,

With an important caveat: USB tethering from Android to macOS is not reliably supported by many phone/Mac combinations.

On your Android phone:

Connect the phone to the Mac using a good USB cable.

On the phone go to Settings → Network & internet → Hotspot & tethering (or a similarly‐named menu).

Enable USB tethering.

Make sure your phone has mobile data active (so the tethering has something to share).

On the Mac:

Open System Settings (or “System Preferences” depending on UI) → Network.

Check if a new interface appears (often labelled something like “Android USB” or “USB Ethernet” or your phone’s name).

If it appears and shows connected, attempt to browse the web to verify internet access.
