How to disable ask gpt option from screenshots?

Is there a way to disable “ask” option from screenshots?

whenever I make a small cropped screenshot I cant swipe away I have to wait to disappear otherwise gpt appears and it annoys the **** out of me. If I disable gpt from Apple Intelligence than it asks me to set it up, so how can I get rid of it
