I'm using iOS 26.1. Please add a “Disable parallax” button for wallpapers and icons. "Reduce Motion" can do this, but it makes the animation worse.

Seriously, you need to ask Apple, not other end users. We are not Apple's complaint department, and Apple does not respond here. Use the feedback link previously provided if you are serious about having Apple see your concern.
Not sure how reduce motion makes animation worse, there should no longer be animation.

"Reduce Motion" makes app minimization animations flat. Also, in multitasking, everything looks flat.
