Recover accidentally deleted iCloud Photos and videos

Hello,

About a week ago, I accidentally deleted all my photos and videos from my iPhone that was synced with iCloud Photos.

They were also deleted from iCloud.com and my Mac, and I emptied the “Recently Deleted” folder.

These photos are very important to me. Could you please check if it’s possible to recover them from an iCloud backup or server snapshot?

My Apple ID is *****@icloud.com

I use the same iCloud account on my iPhone and MacBook.

Please escalate this to the iCloud data recovery team if needed.

Thank you so much for your help.

Sorry, but you are not speaking to Apple here, so there is no escalation path, you can contact them here:

When using iCloud Photos, they are not saved in a iCloud backup. They will remain on iCloud servers for 30 days after you delete them, unless you take the additional step of deleting them from the Recently Deleted folder. In that case, there is no recovery option, and you would have had to save them yourself in another location as a backup.

The one chance you may have is if you are using Time Machine to back up your MacBook. On the Mac you have the option to download all iCloud Photos to your Library, so if you have a Time Machine backup before they were deleted, then you may be able to find them there.
