No Network Connection after Tahoe Upgrade

I just upgraded to Tahoe on my Mac (11/12/2025) and unable to connect to the internet. I am Hardwired and it is not automatically connecting to Ethernet and I can't turn WIFI on?

Anyone having the same issue or am I missing something with Tahoe?

It seems to help if you do a SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
