How to unpair/delete an Apple Watch from iPhone you gave to someone

How to unpair/delete an Apple Watch you gave to someone from you iPhone?, The watch is not close by to unpair, and I don't have access to it. It doesn't show up in my icloud account, but it still shows up on my iPhone and I can't delete it from my phone.
