Magic Mouse is erratic after updating to Tahoe

I have recently downloaded Tahoe 26.1 onto my MacMini. I know first hand that the sensor on my Magic Mouse can get dusty and I am well used to giving a good hard blow to make it work as it should. But ever since I downloaded the Tahoe 26.1, my Magic Mouse has become erratic, jumpy and just downright annoying. I've cleaned the sensor by blowing on it and using a cotton bud to gently wipe any dust particles away - I've changed my mouse pad to one that's brand new - I've followed the tweaking steps offered from Apple and various on-line forums to get a mouse working - my Mac is switched off at the end of every day and started every morning so it always has a chance to correct errors - and still my Magic Mouse is jumpy. I have very few apps I can uninstall as others have done since I am a very basic computer user and tend to use what Apple installed for me when I purchased the Mac mini earlier this year.

I don't actually understand why I would need Liquid Glass since I am more than happy with my own wallpaper and screen saver (thankfully that all works as it did) And AI??? don't get me started please!!!! I don't even use Siri....

Does anyone have any tips or should I phone Apple support and ask for help in going back to OS I had before I updated to Tahoe26.1? As you might guess, I am female, over the age of 70 and was once blond so tend not to try to reinvent the wheel and just take instruction from others who know more about computers than I do!
