Translation is not working after upgrading to Tahoe 26.1

After upgrading my MacBook Pro 14-inch M1 Pro to Tahoe 26.1, built-in translation tool no longer works. It keeps saying "Translation is unavailable at the moment. Try again at a later time" every time I try to translate something in Preview or Safari. However, on my iPhone, it's working completely fine. Before upgrading to macOS 26.1, this feature had always worked fine for me.

Does anyone have the same issue?
