Apple Music for Artists request not accepted

This has nothing to do with anyone but instead is a personal problem. So I’m a hiphop artist and sent a Apple Music for artist request to my Apple Music page and it never got accepted, my artist name is “LultKrazy” and it’s been weeks since I sent the request to claim my artist page. Please fix this.
