What is a good replacement for an iPod nano?

I find it almost impossible to find one these days. Cellphones have pretty much taken over the mp3 player and low-end digital camera market. There's too small a market for those things now that pretty much everybody owns a cellphone. Yes, a cellphone is larger than a small mp3 player (I have one about the size of a flashdrive) but there just isn't the market for them.
