Group messaging issues after OS26 update

Since apple devices including iPhones, iPads and Macs have been upgraded to OS26, I and my friends have been experiencing problems with group messaging. Messages are showing up in different feeds not just one unified feed. The duplicate groups seem to be emanating more from iOS devices rather than Mac OS. Any advice on correcting this?

Group chat notifications delayed, arrive all at once Within the past week, I don't get any text or notifications in my group chats. When I do get them, they all come in at once. For example, at 5:55am on a Sunday, notifications and text from 3 different group chats all showed up at once from the past week or so. Any ideas why it's only group chats? My other chats with just a single person work just fine.

Messages: seeing messages from non-apple devices I have two computers active on my desk - one for work, one personal, both running MacOS Sequoia. In the Messages app, I have a group chat with participants not using Apple devices. I can see the chat properly on my iPhone, and on my work computer, but not on my personal computer. As far as I can see, Messages is set up identically on both computers. Why wouldn't the chat show up in Messages?
