I have no clue what the actual cost is in the Philippines. But you'd make a HUGE mistake if you let anyone other than Apple replace the battery in your iPhone. Only Apple or actual Apple Authorized Service Providers have access to authentic Apple Parts. If you go with some iFixit type of business, they won't install an authentic battery, some functions on the phone may not work and should you need Apple Support in the future, Apple won't touch an iPhone which has been tampered with.
