How do I restore my apps to their original state on iPhone?

If you want to reset 3rd party apps, the quickest solution is to delete them from your iPhone, restart, and reinstall. If any of your apps store content in iCloud, delete them before deleting the app.

You can find and see which apps have stored content here:

Settings > Apple Account (Your Name) > iCloud > Storage

You are on iOS15. Take care before uninstalling apps which may not be there any more. Check they are still in App Store
