Unlock iPhone 11

Can someone please help me? I am having trouble with an iPhone 11 it is still locked the owner who had given it to me when my phone went out. They still didn’t unlock it and takeoff passcode. Is there any way to help me?

Ask the previous owner to remove the lock or give you a refund, or if applicable, ask the people running the store or website you bought it through for a refund. It's an anti-theft measure; Apple won't unlock that iPhone for you.

FYI, Kurt Lang noticed the OP telling a different story here:

Unable to unlock phone purchased from pre… - Apple Community

There the OP did not claim that the phone was given to them, but said that they "bought a phone from someone and they did not unlock it."

Whatever the true story is, there is no bypass for Activation Lock.
