Control center lost all my HomeKit buttons.

Had HomeKit all set up in Control Center on iOS 26. But now they have all lost their settings. Anyone know how to get these back without having to reprogram everything. (Note that the HomeKit app is still working correctly. )

Leroy,

Thanks but I know how to do this. I’ve done it twice now and just today iOS26 dropped the config.

iOS 26 is an unmitigated disaster release for Apple. Endless bugs like this, poorly designed, illegible screens, extra clicks and blank screens when on high contrast mode where gratuitous Gaussian blurs would otherwise confuse readers.

To add insult to injury as stated at the outset, it happened yet again. What was once a configured and useful control panel is now a blank set of control.

Begging Apple to publish how I can “downgrade” and get back to a working iOS.

If you know why iOS keeps losing these controls and have a way to restore them, great, let us know.
