Recover deleted Telegram app and lost messages

I deleted an app that I need to get back. I deleted telegram this weekend. I had to create a new one but I really need to get the original version back. Any suggestions to recover the original version. I lost all of my messages and photos. I really want to go back to the old version from 3days ago. Thanks
