Mac Studio Davinci Resolve edit page issues

Mac Studio Davinci Resolve 20 voiceover Edit Page Issues.

Hello New to the Apple Forums. I do not currently own a Mac Studio. I am thinking purchasing one will help me resolve my issues on the Davinci 20.2.3 Edit Page Voiceover option. Currently I am using a Windows 11 Laptop PC/Nvidia 3070TI 32gb ram with 2 SSD's. When using the voiceover option on the edit page I get very bad digital artifacts. Yet I can record on the Fairlight page without issue with flawless sound quality.

While exploring the Black Magic Forums this appears to be a common yet currently unfixable issue for windows 11/ASIO interfaces in DR 20. I edit simple <20 minute 4K60 Youtube video's with very little effects and simply add voiceovers on the edit page using my Apollo Twin USB. I have spent 2 weeks on this issue with no luck and getting behind on my work.

Can I just go buy a Mac Studio M4 Max and change to a UAD Apollo Twin X Thunderbolt and with the proper settings record voiceover on the Edit page in Davinci? And Based on the simple video's I edit with a little room to add some effects in the future, what CPU(Cores) and GPU and ram + SSD should I get.

I have plenty of External fast SSD's. It would be great if you are currently a Mac Studio/Davinci/UAD Apollo User and successfully add Voiceover in the EDIT page without issues.
