I bought an iphone 16 base this october 26 and i’ve noticed that my battery drains 1% for only 4-7 while scrolling through tiktok or instagram. it also overheats a lot just by using camera for like 1 minutes and by using tiktok, is there something wrong?

Instagram has seen heavy usage of the battery in its latest updates. There have been 11 updates to Instagram in just the last month, with the most recent one being 9 hours ago, so check for an update to the app. What app shows as consuming the most battery at Settings > Battery? There were previous reports with TikTok, but I thought those had been resolved.
