Voice Memos: "Couldn't Transcribe Audio" on MacBook Pro

One particular voice memo or ALL voice memos— you do not say...(?)

[To transcribe a voice memo on a Mac with macOS 15 or later and an Apple silicon chip,

open the Voice Memos app, and the transcription will appear automatically for recordings that include speech.]
