Alarms won't go off for days on end

I've had issues with my iPhone 16 since last year, but these have only amplified since updating to iOS 26 (where did all my storage go?) and its recent addendum, 26.1

My issue, though, is that since updating to 26.1 in particular, my alarms simply won't go off. I manually set – I kid you not – anywhere from 15-18 alarms before I go to bed, set to go off from 6:30 to 8:05 a.m. because I have anxiety around oversleeping. Well, for the past several days, I have woken up one to two hours after I'm supposed to be at work because the alarms, like I said, don't go off. When I do unlock my phone in the morning, it seems like then they go off, all at once. I check my sound every night to make sure it's on full blast, I check the ringtones of the alarms themselves, I've reset my phone, etc etc, but nothing works.

It's annoying and a shame I have to go buy an alarm clock, but today marks the fifth consecutive day I've been more than an hour late for work, and my future at my job kind of depends on, you know, timeliness. Any help with this would be so greatly appreciated.

How low on storage are you?

Running the phone out of storage can cause all kinds of problems.

Do you use the sleep focus?

If you set an alarm for 15 minutes from now, lock the phone and leave it alone, does it go off as expected?

You could always just run down to whatever store is convenient and buy an alarm clock...

Standard troubleshooting is:

Reboot

Reset all settings

Restore iOS and restore your backup

Restore iOS and set up as new.

If none of those work, make an appointment at the Genius Bar.
