AppleCare for MacBook Air from John Lewis?

Hi all - if I were to buy a new MacBook Air from John Lewis, would I still be able to purchase AppleCare for it directly from Apple (within the 60-day window)? Thanks.

If John Lewis is an Apple Authorized Reseller (business), then you should be able to purchase a subscription to AppleCare for the new MacBook Air within those 60 days. Keyword new in originally sealed Apple box.

If John Lewis is a private individual selling a pre-owned MacBook Air, then the answer is no. In that case, I would suggest purchasing directly from Apple, or consider the Apple Refurbish store where that 60-day AppleCare window would exist.
