Mac Pro M2 SSDs damaged by electronic impulse

I am using a PCIe sonnet M2 4x4 PCIe Card in my Mac pro M2 ( 2023 )

The bulid in NVMe PCIe SSD´s are Samsung 990 pro 4 TB

These SSD´s were distroyed by an electronic impuls when I disconnected a USB Drive. ( Already the second time...)

Does anybody have an Idea how to avoid this damage ?
