How can I monitor my son's heart rate in real-time from my iPhone?

my son has a heart condition and we are wanting to monitor his heart rate daily from my phone, is this possible? I can only get it to sync days after the fact in the health app. Id like it show within mins or hours of last read not days.

Talk to your son's cardiologist about options for monitoring him in real time.

The Apple Watch was not designed for that.

You will want to discuss the available remote-monitoring options with your medical providers.

Apple Watch does not offer the continuous remote monitoring mechanisms that you seek.
