Apple ID Locked & Not Recognized on iforgot.apple.com

My Apple ID appears to be locked for security reasons. When I try to sign in, I receive a message saying “This Apple Account has been locked for security reasons.”

However, when I go to iforgot.apple.com to unlock the account, I get another error:

“This Apple Account is not valid or not supported.”

The Apple ID I am trying to recover is: (your email).

Because of this issue, I cannot unlock my account, reset my password, or access any Apple services.

Please help me verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID. M*******@icloud.: Apple ID Locked & Not Recognized on iforgot.apple.com

Hello,

For help with an invalid/not-active/not-supported account you need to contact Apple (the people on this board are users like yourself).

To reach Apple Support for an account issue:

1. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=cups&PGF=PGF63005

2. Select: Disabled Apple ID

3. Select: ”The Apple ID is not active" alert

4. Select: “Continue”

5. Select a chat or telephone call option.

Contact Apple for support and service by telephone --> Contact Apple Support - Apple Support
