AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss for iPhone has coverage in Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have changed.

The UK where I live didn't used to be covered for theft. it depends if Apple can find an insurance partner to underwrite the risk. That depends on the level of theft in that country
