How to disable "iphone unavailable". Everytime it's due to a butt dial mistake and I hate this feature with all of my being. How do i disable the highjacking of my phone.

To avoid this, you need to turn off Tap or Swipe to Wake. Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch - turn off Tap or Swipe to Wake. Now you won't have unintended touch waking your screen and causing issues like you're currently having. You will need to train yourself to tap the side power button to wake your iPhone screen moving forward.
