Change color of unread emails in Mail on Mac?

Hello. I recently emigrated from Outlook to Mail on my Mac since I don´t like the way Outlook on MAc displays the emails and it seems to me that the emails are hard to find and see on the screen. I found Mail on Mac uselful but there is somenthing that I want to do and I cant figure out hot to do it, or if it´s possible to do it: I want my unread emails to stand out from the ones that I´ve read and I wanted to see if unread messages can be displayed in a different color, not just bold text but somthig that stands out, for example in yellow.

I´ve tried to set a rule to do this, but eventhough I´ve managed to change the colors of the emails, I can´t figure out a way to set it only for unread mail.

If someone knows if this is possible, I´d really appreciate the help.

Cheers!

Mac mini, macOS 26.1
