My iPhone 16e bottom speaker stopped suddenly due to last iOS update anyone have same issue

While updating iOS and the failure of the speaker may have occured around the same time, that doesn't mean there is a causal relationship.
I suggest you contact Apple and have them evaluate your hardware. Many of the diagnostics can be run remotely.
