Persistent "Do you want to enable Ask Siri?" popup

I'm having the same problem another user posted not long ago:

How to stop pop up "Do you want to enable ask siri?"

I've updated to MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2 on a 2019 MacBook Pro and I keep getting this popup:

"Do you want to enable Ask Siri?"..

I do not.... I have followed all instructions from Siri to Spotlight settings. Still this annoying and frustrating

pop-up shows.

I have already turned off settings under System Settings->Siri, and denied Siri access to all applications under System Settings->Diagnostic and Usage Data->Improve Siri as well.

Please help make it stop!!
