App Icon glitch in App Library on iPad
So when im in my app library this happens with some icons plz fix (also im not a girl)

Hello there ,
The icons that you are referring to … are you saying that they change on their own ?
With the information you provided , the only ideas I have are :
Check the Shortcuts App ~ I don't use it but know that it has something to do with being able to change icons .
If you would like to remove the App ~ in your App Library , touch & hold an empty space until the icons begin moving , then just tap on the "X" . When you are finished , tap on the screen once and the icons will stop moving . This is how it looks :
