iPhone notifications not mirroring on new MacBook Pro

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro and set it up as a new machine. I manually transferred over and installed all the apps I needed. One problem I'm having is that I'm not getting notifications from my iPhone 16 Pro on my new MacBook Pro. I have an old MacBook Pro that I upgraded from, an I still get the notifications from my phone there.

I've turned on the Allow Notifications from iPhone in the Settings app. I am successfully getting notifications from Messages and from Gmail on my new MacBook, I also have an iMac they're being mirrored on, it just isn't mirroring the phone notifications on the new MacBook.
