Peacock - Apple One Bundle Issue

I had an existing Peacock subscription billed directly by Peacock. I also had the Apple One subscription. I opted to take advantage of the Apple One + Peacock discount bundle. So, I cancelled the original Peacock subscription. But there’s no way to connect my new Apple One + Peacock bundle.


How do I get Peacock to recognize the Apple One/Peacock bundle?

Your old direct Peacock subscription is still tied to your Peacock account, preventing the Apple One bundle from activating. Wait until the old subscription fully expires, sign out of Peacock everywhere, verify the bundle in Apple Subscriptions, and relink Peacock through Apple. If it still doesn’t activate, Peacock support must manually remove your old billing link.
