iOS 26.1: Location Services and Wallpaper Issues

iOS 26.1 location and wallpaper issues.

After having updates to iOS 26.1, my iPhone started asking for location service for Native Apple Weather App and others… why?

Also, I lost my wallpaper based on a specific person.

I tried to recreate it but I don’t get this option anymore: only specific photos can be selected but not based on a specific person … is this a iOS known issue ?

For further info, I noticed that native App like Apple Weather do not appear in location service at startup.

After being promoted to activate it or not, it appears again. So first I need to reply to the prompt like Yes or No, then going to setting and set Always or when required by Widget. This does not appear in the prompt.

Next day it starts again… very annoying…
