All current and past replay data is gone — please help

Hello,

I noticed today that all of my data from Apple Music Replay over the past 7 years — playlists, stats, etc. — is all gone. Just wiped out as if I just made an account yesterday. I haven’t done anything to cause this, to my knowledge. I’m very upset — years of my replay playlists are now lost. If there is anything I can do to recover them, please let me know. Frankly, I am devastated and upset that this could happen so quickly and without warning. Thank you.

Re-enable Listening History (the #1 fix for missing Replay data)

Go to:

Settings → Music → Use Listening History → OFF

Wait 5 seconds

Turn it ON again

THEN restart your iPhone.

This forces Apple Music to re-download your historical analytics.

Most people see Replay playlists return within 5–20 minutes.
