I recently bought an Apple cable digital lighting to AV adapter for $79. I noticed straightaway I am having same issues as everyone else in that every time I use my Apple Fitness to play my phone to my tv the enlarged picture will last for exactly 15 minutes then it goes into a disconnected mode black screen and that’s it. I have swapped out hdmi cables etc does anyone know the workaround.
Thanks it is an Apple accessory; however I have since discovered that Apple Fitness won’t work it’s to do with the set up or program simply blocks the user. Really the accessory should come with a warning about limited uses otherwise others will fall into the same problem as I. It’s like a car manufacturer professing a car can travel 800 km distance when in fact it can only travel 200 km.
Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification.
