Try and restart your iPhone to see if the issue persists, If it persists you might want to see if you’re in need of a carrier settings update

Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
Tap Settings > General > About.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
