Time limit requests not working

when I approve time limit request for my child’s phone, it doesn’t go through and they don’t get the time I approved. How can I fix this?

  • Fix by signing into correct Apple IDs, toggling Screen Time off/on, enabling Share Across Devices, updating both devices, resetting Screen Time passcode, or re-adding child to Family Sharing.
  • VPNs, low power mode, or DNS filters can also block Screen Time communication.
