I have the same thing, it just started last night, never before. There are other forums closed out with no suggestions on how to stop this or even if it is real. It makes me nervous since it happens to me, and I was not trying to do anything with my Apple TV. I have three Apple TVs and it is not identifying one of them to join. Could it be a hacking attempt? I get the exact same as you have shown here. Sorry I don't have a solution, just adding more info in case Apple decides to help us out.

I have tried multiple things from other forum advise. They do not work. This is another Apple iOS 26 bug. They have plenty. If it’s not broke they want to fix it. Such an arrogant company.

I have not tried to log out on all devices and log back in.

that worked for another earlier iis26 bug. But who wants to keep logging in and out to fix their mistake. I have 10 devices in my house.

I don’t think it’s iOS 26 since I have the same issue on iOS 18.6

I’m suspecting someone near me got a new Apple TV and have not completed the setup.

The silence from Apple is deafening.
