How to resolve 'network error' when accessing Pinterest and Lemon8 on iPhone 15?

My daughter has issues accessing certain apps like Pinterest and Lemon8 on her iPhone 15. After downloading the app, she gets an error message”network error. Please try again. We have tried with cellular and WiFi connection. I have checked her age restrictions and she should’ve allowed to use the app. She is able to use other apps and games just fine. Any idea what is causing this?

It's not just you. it's most users. Normally, all I have to do is unplug and plug back up my 2 home pods and everything works again.. BUT YESTERDAY.. that didn't work, I power cycled my modem, router & iphone AND both home pods.. still No Go.

Then I googled the problem and saw that I wasn't the only person.... and everyones trouble started Yesterday.

This is an Apple problem.
