I was wondering, is there anyway to "modernize" old Apple devices? I recently reread the terms and agreements and license of Apple software, so I was wondering if I can still use any of the older stuff, just for nostalgia, Yknow?

The software of older Apple devices can only be updated to a certain point, the built in hardware has to support newer firmware versions.
I'm still using an iPod Classic, for example, but I have to connect to an old Mac to sync bought music, since it does not support Apple Music.
