Unable to attach zip file

Hi all,

I tried to send email to my other email account with 82.2 MB attachment (zip), and it failed to send (photo attached). The attachment is already deleted from Files and I don't have any backup, is there any chance I can re-download the attachment? I tried to select the attachment but it only shows copy/paste/etc options, no download option.
