Unable to update iPhone 13

hello, I can’t update my iPhone 13, I had tried all methodes ( und through iTunes)

what can I do ?

Not much to go on here. What happens when you try?

Can you post a screenshot of the whole screen, it could reveal why you aren't able to update.

Make sure you:

• Are using a WiFi connection (not a hotspot).

• You have an active cell signal (You may need both WiFi and cellular service to perform the upgrade).

• Are not using a VPN connection.

• Have your battery charged at least 50%. Better yet, keep it plugged in during the update.

• Do not have power save mode turned on.

• Do not have a beta version installed.

• You have at least 10 gigs of storage available.

Thanks for the instructions.

I’ve already done everything you mentioned:

• I’m on WiFi and have a good cellular signal

• No VPN

• Battery above 50%

• Power saving mode off

• Not using a beta version

• More than 10 GB of storage available

The update does download normally, but when I press “Install,” it gives me an error without explaining the reason.

It doesn’t show any specific message—just an error.

Let me know what I should try next.
