Cannot find Apple TV+ purchase receipt

Apple TV +, I followed the directions to find my receipt (went to reportaproblem.apple.com) but when I got there the item on that page said "This purchase doesn't have a receipt." In FL, I understand that all digital purchases subject to CST are supposed to have receipts available which also include itemized fees and taxes. Is there another way to view a receipt?
