How to upload .mov files to icloud drive? It's not working as it did previously.
Are you sure you have enough space for them iCloud?
Have you tried using the search to try to find them?
The upload should still work as it has, nothing has changed as far as I know.
How did it work previously exactly?
What were you doing before that no longer works?
Also, what device is this happening on?
What OS version is it running?
Provide details about the process and someone here may be able to advise.

The most straight forward way, is to just copy the video file to a folder in iCloud Drive in Finder (on Mac), in the Files app (on iOS and iPadOS devices) and in Windows Explorer (Windows) if you have installed iCloud for Windows.
You can of course just log in to he iCloud.com website and use the direct upload feature there from the iCloud Drive section.

I'm on an HP laptop, running Windows 11, and using Edge browser (also tried Chrome). I'm logged into icloud.com, and uploading pictures from my PC to icloud. I realized a while back that video files don't upload to icloud photos, so I upload those to icloud Drive. I'm backing up by year, so for all of 2006 I followed this process and it worked fine. Then when I moved to my 2007 photos and videos, the video files (same QuickTime movie files with .mov extension) look like they are uploading but then they disappear. I've tried the "Upload" from icloud drive and I've also tried dragging and dropping them. Again - it looks like they are copying over but then they disappear. As I mentioned, this process worked fine for all of my 2006 photos but then just stopped working for the video files. I would greatly appreciate any help! Thanks!
