I sent money through my Apple and it still hasn

I assume you mean by using Apple Cash and was sent through Messages. What do you see when viewing the transaction on your Apple Cash card in the Wallet?
The recipient will have 7 days to accept the payment and if they do not do that then it is sent back to you. You can also request to cancel the transaction before that time if it has not been accepted.

Do you know the person you sent the money to? I only ask because it is a common scam where you are requested to send money to someone and they claim they did not get it, so you will send them more money. In the Support Article linked above, Apple recommends to NEVER send money to someone you do no know.
