iPhone 17 Pro Max disables email notifications for multiple accounts after iOS 26 update

I have a iPhone 17 Pro Max ever since going to iOS 26 I have multiple email addresses and the notification gets disabled on all but my iCloud email address when I reenable it within 24 hours it will be re-disabled. It

very irritating to say the least as I have missed multiple emails I’ve been waiting on. Has anybody else experienced this?

Good morning, I wanted to give it at least 24 hours before I replied and it does appear to be working correctly. Thank you so very much.

I did exactly as you mentioned I removed the email addresses and then re-added one by one. I also reset the network setting.

after I did all that everything seems to be working correctly again thank you for your help

Getting iCloud eMail Info Correct:

A. Remove the eMail Accounts, and then Add them Back:

Go Here: Set Up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

B. Use a New App Password:

Do you use an App Password for these accounts? If so, try a new App Password. Sometimes, changes (i.e. updates) are made to the device, and then mail server syncing becomes an issue (which is what a new App Password it intended to fix). Go here for gmail: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google

C. Report this to Apple

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrence, if you don't report it to them, directly.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
